Graphic design

Artwork fees are priced at $45.00 per hour for graphic design services or digital marketing. We offer packages with predetermined amounts to our customers. We can only give an estimate of the fees and as an indication. We require a payment of 40% of the evaluation of the approved estimate before the start of the work. The 40% payment is not refundable if the service is cancelled after work has begun and licenses have been purchased.

Product

Each item is assembled by hand. Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and imperfections may occur between each product with respect to weight, colour, size, etc. Processing time is 10 business days or less but may be longer for larger quantities. These timeframes do not include shipping time. Personalized products may add to processing times. Thelma Designs is not responsible for the use of glass products or other objects in a certain way, such as negligence or recklessness or using them in a way that may result in injury. They are strictly for decorative purposes and are not recommended for lit candles or any other use. Keep away from children and pets.

Orders

Any changes to orders must be sent by email to info@thelmadesigns.ca

You can also send us an email if an order is urgent. All emails must include the order number, name, email, phone number and person making the order change. If the delivery address is different from the original order, the original order should be cancelled, and the transaction should be entered again with the changes.

Images 

Website image colours may vary from the physical product and may not match due to many variables (e.g. different monitors, different colour settings, different lighting conditions).

Special events

We can give an estimate on fees following the evaluation of services for an event. One prototype per selected product can be viewed prior to batch work. Once the prototype is accepted, we require a 40% payment from the approved estimate evaluation prior to the start of work. If the final work is priced lower than the 40% payment, the difference will be refunded to the customer. There are no refunds for the 40% payment if the service is cancelled after the work has begun.

Claims and returns

All damage claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving your package. Any claim to product quality or broken items will not be processed after 5 business days. Please report any issues to info@thelmadesigns.ca

All our personalized items are considered special orders and are non-refundable. Actual shipping costs are non-refundable. Extra shipping costs will result for any delivery that is refused or undeliverable for any reason due to incorrect shipping information. Returns will only be accepted within 5 days and must be unopened. Any opened package will not be refunded. Products with chocolates or personalized* products cannot be returned or refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility for the return shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process from the time the product is back in our hands and approved by Thelma Designs. Additional information may be required. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. A credit or refund will be given.

Shipping

All our products are delivered by Canada Post. Pickup is not available since we do not have a showroom. Additional delays in shipping times due to the holiday season or other major factors may occur. Thelma Designs is not responsible for damages occurred during shipping and handling delays and will not pay for any damages cause.

Limitation

DAMAGES ARISING FROM DELAY, MISTAKE, VIRUS, OMISSION, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THELMA DESIGNS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR INAPPROPRIATE OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT.
